What do I do with four stray kittens on my front porch?

Answers:
ask around in your neighborhood if anyone wants them. if you take them to the nearest animal shelter they will die due to overpopulation.
put them in the paper.
Put them in a box and send them to me.
I don't know, I have three in my crawl space under my house
take them to the local humane society, free of charge..do them a favor please.
Either keep them pr take them to the animal shelter, but please dont leave them there!
Put food on the neighbor's lawn. You don't want to be the "cat person" of the area.
Put them in a burlap sack and throw the sack in the river
love them
you take cae of them or give them to someone who can take care of them

..good luck
keep them or take the to your closest animal shelter.
heck man id sell them!!!
When that happened to me, I cleaned them up and took them with me everywhere. People saw them and thought they were so cute they asked if they could have one. I had 9 all at one time.
Give them to someone you think will take care of them or take care of them yourself. Don't take them to a humane society though because alot of times they aren't not humane at all. You would have to buy a kitty litter box and litter; they know how to **** already outa instict. You'd also have to buy special food because they are kittens. It's good to have toys like play mice or others so they can develope their hunting skills. Some kinds of toya aren't good for cats of any age though because of hazards. And if you keep them, they are going to scratch your furniture, but outside cats live shorter lives than inside ones.
give them some food and water. call the aspc, humane society, p.a.w.s., local cat coalition.
Feed them kitten food and a little water.
take them to animal shelter and PLEASE give that shelter a donation.
thank you for caring.
If you are in the Boston area I can help you out with bottle-feeding these kittens. I have experience with bottle-feeding and then finding kittens great homes!
I would call up a kitten rescue (they are everywhere) You can look one up on the internet and find one nearby. In the mean time depending on how old they are they need to be fed quite often. The younger they are, the more often they need to be fed. If you can't find a rescueyou can bring them to an animal shelter. (Just know that the majority of animal shelters aren't "no kill" meaning they will euthanize animals if they can't find homes for them, don't have room for them, or in the case of kittens don't have time for them. Kittens can eat every couple hours. If they are older kittens they could probably eat solid food if not then you can buy kitten formula at a pet store.
Either you've been feeding them, and they brought along their buddies for a snack,or someone simply put them there, because they did'nt want them. Call the Humane Society,to see if they will take them in.
(PS) Don't call "Animal Control". They will destroy them.
Take them inside and keep them warm. If they can eat softened dry kitten food (softened with water) you are on your way to raising them. If they cannot, then they have to be bottle-fed with kitten formula found at Petsmart or Petco. Also, they are in a very vulnerable state if they are this young. They need to be put in a box with tall sides with newspaper on the bottom, then a heating pad turned on low, then a blanket on top. Since it is warm, they may be able to do without the heating pad. A nice, big soft stuffed cat or rabbit would be good (like their mom).

Okay, ask your local Petco about how to bottle-feed a kitten or better yet, go on-line and google "raising orphan kitten". You must make them pee and poop after eating - maybe not every time, but you must try every time. Their mother does this by licking their privates. You will massage with a warm, moist cloth.

If they can eat moistened kitten food, this is great! They can also start using a litter box. They will use it instinctively if you help them once or twice. Use a low-sided tupperware pan with litter. After the kittens eat, place them in the litter box and dig around making a scratching sound. This stimulates them and they will begin digging too. Don't worry if they don't actually do anything. Keep showing them and it will happen.

Give them love and attention, too! Don't forget small, soft toys and balls. A kitten climbing gym would be good. Go to Craig's List and ask for a free one. Someone will respond when you tell them you are raising kittens.

Good luck!
bring them in now please!! help them get warm and eat! adn towmorrow take them to your local animal shelter!

I wish the people with their sick attitudes would get put in a burlap sack and thrown in the river. As for your question, if you don't want four kittens, I would certainly take them to the Humane Society. Someone will adopt them and if the don't at least they are not being abused by some sick individual.
Call a cat rescue to take them. They will take care of them and find them homes.
Take them in and care for them. If you want to keep one or three then do, otherwise get them good and healthy and find them new homes. See if you city has a freecycle group on yahoo, many cities do. List them on there someone is sure to want them. Go to Petsmart and stand outside if you have one or Petco. Kittens are precious and will tug at many ppl's hearts.
