It started quite suddenly, yellow bile, straining when toileting but only mucus. He couldn't walk any distance and cried when I tried to lift him. Next morning I brought him to the vet and he was rushed straight to hospital. He has been in now 36 hours. He is on a drip, being fed through a scringe and only becoming interested in small bits of food. He is on the mend. At only 8 months old and the runt of the litter will this weaken his system further? Also I now want to insure him and his brother (who hasn't caught the infection) can I now get insurance to cover any further viral infections? thanks in advance for any comments.
