My cats having babys and ones tail is sticking out what should I do?

Take the kitty to the vet... How long has she been in labor? If it has just been a short while, try massaging her stomach to get a feel for contractions and help by gently pulling while she pushes. Most likely, if the sac is broken and the tail is sticking out the kitten suffocates or has suffocated already. You do not want to just pull, that can hurt the cat. pull it out if the cat cannot push it out. it might already be dead if theres no sac around it so get it out now gently tho.

try petting her and telling her calmly that it;s ok as when we panic they panic' and pull it slowly and gently .and if it;s still in there after 30 minutes ' go to a vets office as baby will suffocate,,,,,,,lol
