Veterinarian advice please?

I have 2 adorable kittens that are 10 weeks old and very playful and they jump on each other and bite, i did not think that they hurt each other but when i came home from work today one of them had a good bit of her fur missing on each of her sides, no cut and no blood but now i am stressed out over this as i will be at work each day worrying about if they are okay or not. I am assuming it was from the other kitten but i do not know of any other reason for this happening to my kitten. thank you .
Answers:
If you are concerned about them injurying each other you may have to keep them separated why you are away. I really do not think that you have anything to worry about . Kittens play a lot and hard
Here's an online vet resource for you:

Supervise them when you are home and if they get too rough spray them with a water bottle if you do this everytime it should train them to be gentle and when you aren't home keep them separated. If they cannot get along you may need to give one away .
i'm no vet but my mom is and i learn alot. i can't really say much because i don't want to give you wrong advise but the best bet would be to talk to their breeder or another breeder who has delt with kittens like this. they will give you some pretty accurate advise
