What can i use for tapeworms in pregnant cat?

My cat has tapeworms can then hurt the kittens?
Answers:
Any type of Strongid medicine is used for tapeworms but with her being pregnant you should probably call the vet and see what they recomend. You should probably do it ASAP. Good Luck.
Ahh another stupid question... No offense.

Take her to a vet! If she has tapeworms she needs meds!! Esp. if she is preggo!!
Hello... ASK A VET beings she's a pregnant cat !! Take Care :)
u can get a pill from ur vet, mine said it was safe for cats/kittens,etc.talk 2 a vet.the pill runs about 6 dollars in the us,u dont even have to bring the cat in.
***IT'S A GREAT NEW PRODUCT, it's called

"CALL THE DAMN VET" and you can get it over the phone. It's listed under "veterinarians" in the phone book. Most new cat owners ( and apparently even some old cat owners) have never heard of it, but it is EXCELLENT.
