Catnip, catnip, and more catnip. Maybe suprise him with one of those enormous kitty condo/scratching posts with toys attached. He'll feel like a king in that.
get her a can of special [more expnsive cat food]. it'll be like a gormet dinner for her. and get her a new cat toy.
kitty crack(catnip). makes my cat go crazy. if your cat does not respond to it, get her a bunch of stimulative toys. and get her a bunch of kitty treats and love but don't give her too many treats because it may cause diarrhea.
My cat loves kitty treats and toys that I can use to play with her, such as a kitty tease. She also loves a good combing. Any special attention is great.
get her a kitty condo! I have one %26 ever since my cat had kittens, she %26 the kittens love it. or mabe one with two levels.
you could also get some of those big mouse toys you fill with catnip. if you still don't feel like that is enough, buy a paper cup that says happy birthday on it %26 take a cute sticker with a kitty on it %26 put on the cup. fill the cup with cat grass. now you pretty much have a kitty birthday party.
