Sounds like she is in heat. You have have 3 choices. Keep her intact (like she is now) and indoors and just live with the occasional crazy behavior and loud meowing, keep her intact and let her roam outdoors (like some people do) and contribute to the problem of cat overpopulation when your cat winds up pregnant, or get her spayed - this will stop all crazy behavior, will prevent all future risk of certain cancers and pregnancies.
Your cat is most likely in heat. If your cat is an outdoor cat, go to the vet and get her fixed so she won't get pregnant!
