I think I just saw my teddy bear move his head as i was leaving my bedroom now im scared to go back in and my mom told me that they come alive when you leave the room!!

No, honest to god they dont. My mom told me the same thing once, when the movie "Chuckie" came out. I screamed and freaked out, and refused to go to my room.

i alwayse thought that and the sad part is that no one ever told me that they come alive. But then again i think that there are other life forms on other planets that humans have not yet found and i also thing that nessy is real and big foot too so you can decide if im crazy of if you think the same way i do.

stuff animals can't come alive, they do not have cells or brains so they can not function.
They shouldn't. Maybe you are just seeing things. Hopefully, something like in a really bad horror film doesn't happen. You should reorganize the stuffed animals and just be carefull that there aren't any live animals or something.
I'd have to say they don't my mom told me the same thing except she said the come alive at night so one time hoping it was true I put all of my stuffed animals (I had a lot) around me in a circle just waiting for them to come alive, sadly, it didn't happen.
