Training My Kitten?

my kitty will use the litter box to take a dump, but he'll pee anywhere, how can i teach him to pee in the box
Answers:
Do yourself a favour and get him to the vet, there's a good chance that there's a problem. It might be a behavioural thing, but there's a good chance it's not that.
If you pee in the littler box he/she/it might follow your example. You may have to do this for a coulpe of weeks.
this is the opposite for my dog she pees right but poops in the wrong place. What you should do is train him in a NONVIOLENCE way. this is what u do = when he did something right or good for instance pee in the right place talk to him in a HIGH pitch voice. when he did something wrong talk in a LOW pitch voice. This usually works with most animals and usually for any case.
what you can do is when the cat pees in the floor use a paper towel to clean it up %26 put it into the litter box %26 if you actually catch your kitten in the act pick him up %26 put him into the litter box when you do this you do want to scare him when you catch him pick him up tell him no %26 put him in the litter box you can also try kitty potty training spray I know they have it for puppies
When your cat has an "accident" the best thing to do is not to yell at him/her or smack him/her with newspaper, put down newspaper were his/her usuall spot were he/she tinkles in and put down the litter box there. When he/she does continue, I read that a place were cats "get the point" is it you TAP them on the nose. Alos, I heard that you make them smell there urin after they go anywere and I dont recomend doing that.
I hope I helped, becuase I have a cat who had that problem to!
If he is not neutered, he'll spray all over everything for his entire life. It is how male cats mark their territory -- lions, leopards, cheetahs, and yes, house cats. Get him neutered before he is very old, so that this doesn't become his habit. If he is does this for very long, even neutering him might not cure it. and there is NOTHING worse that cat pissss. you can never get rid of the smell.
No, don't tap him on the nose, don't hit him either. God, these people are nuts..Papers generally don't work... what ARE these people thinking?!
Keep putting him on the litterbox and make sure there is constant access. When you catch him put him there as well. AND note the rough times he needs to go and call him into that room. It will take a couple of weeeks but you just need to persist.

Oh and they have had an accident inn one place they will often keep going back - so once you've cleaned it, clean it again.
