Are the cats neutered? If not, do it! If you get the kitten done before about 8 months of age you have a chance of stopping this behaviour. It may be too late to stop this behaviour in the adult cat, but do it anyway for the cat's health.
Chalice
Get him neutered. It worked for my cat, and most cities offer low-cost programs if you can't afford it at a vet's office. It was going to cost me $300 at a vet, and I got it done thru a low cost org. for $30.
First thing to do would be to get him neutered. There is also the chance that he's got a urinary tract infection which means it is painful for him to go. So he keeps trying new places hoping one of them won't hurt him. That would be a little unusual in a kitten, but you don't say just how old he is. I'd take him to the vet to make sure there isn't a medical reason for it. If not, then lock him in the smallest room or closet you can with food, water, and a litter box. He's probably not going to want to walk in pee so hopefully he'll go in the box. Once he's started doing that, let it go on for a week and then try letting him out. Leave the box in there. If you need to move it, then do it gradually. Every day move it a little closer to where you want the litter box to end up. Good Luck.
Get both toms neutered. Them buy a pet stain and odor remover that has enzymes in it to completely remove the smell, so they don't go back there. Everywhere he marked use cleaner and leave wet.
Get him neutered!!
Thats the best thing to do!
Well the only GUARANTEED way to stop him from ever doing that is to be a RESPONSIBLE pet owner and NEUTER the thing BEFORE he starts spraying. Sorry, don't mean to be rude but I wish people who don't find it necessary to spey and neuter their pets would spend a week voulenteering in a high-kill shelter and see how many innocent animals have to be killed every week because people won't spey and neuter their pets and keep the population down.
If he's neutered now, he MIGHT stop, but there are no guarantees. But it needs to be done anyway (see above) Untill he's neutered he will constantly be trying to get out of the house and "have a good time" and creating more kittens that are cute and cuddly but will be killed.
